I wasn\’t date rapped, I am just wondering. How do people know if they can\’t remember it. Say someone was pregnant and realized they hadn\’t had sex in say a year, and yet they are three months pregnant. Then they remember a party three months ago, BUT they felt perfectly normal at the party or felt perfectly fine the whole time and remember it as a nice normal evening but just remember a guy giving them a drink.. OR does it work like OH I felt really drunk and don\’t remember anything and I was really blanked out that night.

I think you would know when you woke up. Your nether regions would be sore, there may be blood. If you are raped while passed out from alcohol, you’re not going to lubricate the way you normally would during sex so the intercourse may cause tearing.

I once read a (supposedly) true story where a woman had gotten into a fight with her fiancee and went out drinking (because that solves EVERYTHING -_-) and she didn’t remember anything, apart from waking up in the street, half naked. Some CCTV footage proved that she had been date raped. Obviously, I am not condoning rape, or saying that she deserved it, but…. getting drunk doesn’t help anything.
