How Accurate Is Predicting Your Due Date By Your Last Period?

My Last Period was January 28th and I got pregnant right away and Tested Positive on my pregnancy test Feburary 22nd…My Doctor first said October 28th then said Nov 4th.
For me to have a BFP 3 weeks after my last period, I must of Ovulated earlier right?
I am currently 20 weeks and 3 days but again I am not sure how far along I am just based on my LMP.

My due date based on my LMP was 12/19/2008 and my due date based on my early pregnancy sonogram (at 6 weeks) was 12/22/2008.
I gave birth on 12/22/2008! Ultrasounds are much more accurate in early pregnancy.

    The LMP way is just an estimation on when you ovulated (average) what your doctor says is based on measurements and those can be off too. the only one i'd Truly listen to and go buy is the ultrasound. they can tell by the baby's actual size and development.

    just google 'due date calculator' if that doesn't show up for you for some reason. it depends on how long you go in between periods too.

    I went by my lmp and my due date and ultrasound date were exactly the same, but my son still came 8 days early.

    My doctor said Oct. 26th from my first day of my lmp, which was on jan. 18th.
    And i got an ultra sound and they measured the baby, and decided my due date was on Nov, 3rd.
    the doctor got it almost a week to early, but it is still around the time i could have the baby sometime with in that week.
